It can happen in exceptional situations, due to specific car rental business, which the client does not receives the reserved car model, but a car of the same class or higher at the same price and conditions.

EXTRA COSTS

Costs charged to the customer not included in the rental price for:

• Elimination of the deductible which is equal to € 30.00 per day for minimum 7 days rentals, is not possible apply it for a lower number of rental days.
• Cost of fuel. The vehicle must be returned with the same amount of fuel present at the time of the rental phase.
• The cost for failure to refuel is € 20.00 plus the missing fuel.
• Loss of keys
• Loss of documents
• Fines, tolls, surcharges and anything not expressly included
• Cost of washing

CONFIRMATION OF RESERVATION

After accepting the quote in response to the received email, it will be necessary to send it by bank transfer a deposit equal to the 30% of the entire amount.

BOOKING CANCELLATION

The cost of cancellation after paying the deposit , amounts to 100% of the amount paid, for the reservations dates in JUNE, JULY, AUGUST. For the other periods is free up to 1 month before the date of reservation, after it amounts to 100% of the amount paid.
